Why per unit
A turnover works when everybody involved is in the system — the cleaner, the supervisor, the plumber who came for an hour. Charging per person makes leaving them out the cheaper option, and an operations tool that half the operation cannot see is not an operations tool.
So the price follows the portfolio instead. It grows when your business grows, and never when your team does.

Questions
- What counts as a unit?
- An active rentable unit or property you manage in GreatlyBoard. Archived units cost nothing.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Invite your team, supervisors and providers without seat fees.
- What happens if I add more units?
- Additional active units are billed at your plan's monthly unit rate. You see the count and the estimate before the invoice.
- Can I use it for both short-term and long-term rentals?
- Yes. Turnovers, move-outs and make-readies all run through the same engine.
- Do I need Airbnb or Booking.com integration?
- No. Calendar feeds, CSV import and manual entry all create the same turnovers.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. A monthly subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
- Are providers charged?
- No. They work from a secure link and never need an account.
- Do archived units count?
- No. Only active units count toward billing.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in both directions. An upgrade takes effect at once; a move down takes effect at renewal.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Not at launch. GreatlyBoard uses simple monthly billing.
